Help me to enhance a video

Help me to enhance a video
Guys I have downloaded Mahabharat 1988 episodes from youtube.
The reason behind that is these episodes are without english subtitles.
I have searched torrrent sites too but the video contains hardcoded english subs which are impossible to remove.
Now my problem the videos are little blurry. Faces are not clear in many scenes but when a closeup is taken it has a nice quality.
Can anybody tell me any simplest way to correct this blurry video. For more info here is the video link.

Subtitles can be added or removed by using MKV MERGE in "MKVTOOLNIX"

its better to use ver. 7, that is easy  for beginners..

Hardcoded subtitles cant be removed bro.
They can be blurred but dosent help the cause.

The above links of youtube doesn't contain english subs
But the problem is video quality is not good
